Tasty Tuesday - Chicken-Parmesan Potaotes

Chicken Parmesan Potatoes - 5 servings (We tend to only get 3)

  • 1 pkg au gratin potatoes (Betty Crocker has tons of coupons and are on sale often)
  • 1 lb chicken/turkey cooked and cut into pieces
  • 2 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen green beans
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
1. Heat all ingredient EXCEPT for parmesan cheese in 10 inch(or larger) pan to boil.
2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Stir occasionally.
3. Stir in cheese and let sit for 5 minutes.

sounds yummy. could you make it with your own Au Gratin potatoes?

@Snow White I'm sure you could and I would love to, I'm just not sure how to make them. If you have a recipe for them I'd love it if you'd share it with me :-)

You would have to play with the timing, and add less water, but I'm sure homemade would be sooo much better!
