- 1 pkg au gratin potatoes (Betty Crocker has tons of coupons and are on sale often)
- 1 lb chicken/turkey cooked and cut into pieces
- 2 1/4 cup hot water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen green beans
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Stir occasionally.
3. Stir in cheese and let sit for 5 minutes.

You would have to play with the timing, and add less water, but I'm sure homemade would be sooo much better!
