Oct. 16-18th Spending

Friday and Saturday were both no spend days! :-)

Friday night was a productive night at home, and Saturday was spent working. I received a free lunch since the store was having a huge promotion which was totally sweet. Hubby decided to eat lunch out, so he went to Chipotle and loaded up a burrito, and as they were wrapping it up realized that he was the winner for the free burrito of the day! How cool is that?

Sunday we spent $42.34 on groceries and $20 on wine, for hubby's sister's 21st birthday present (and one for us).

In sad news, my laptop contracted the swine flu this weekend. Okay, maybe it isn't the swine flu, but it's bad. Real bad. Like it won't let me open anything bad. Like I bought it into work for some of the guys to look at and even they said it's bad. I think she has a chance of survival. She's been on the operation table for 4 hours now, so I'm hoping for a clean bill of health soon. Note to self, never update iTunes again. Stupid Apple.

In happy news, the sun made an appearance today! First time since last Wednesday. It's still chilly (it was 63 degrees in our place when I got up this morning!), but with the sun's help it shouldn't warrant wearing jackets and scarves and gloves again for hopefully a few days.

I have an extremely busy, crazy week ahead of me, even though it's only a 4 day work week(for my full time job) for me since I have a wedding on Friday, followed by hubby's sister birthday dinner, and I work all day Saturday and Sunday. I like having the extra income, but it'll be nice to have my weekends back and not have to worry about working.
