Total spent...Umm I'm really not sure...
***EDIT*** He spent $9, he thinks...
Hubby went out with his boys last night, and I know he's conscience on what he's spending, but I don't know how much dinner cost. They were going for coffee, but the place apparently was closed down, so they grabbed a bite to eat instead.
I mentioned quite a few months ago how I had created recycle bins at work for plastics and aluminum. I also have one for my papers, and it fills up so quickly I can't imagine how much paper we go through at this place! Well it's been a huge hit, so much so that we called our trash company and set up recycling through them. It cost $25/month, which stinks you have to pay to recycle, but at least it isn't too much. I'm very excited that we will be able to recycle the boxes that we typically throw out as well as all the paper. Plus, I won't have to lug the bags of plastic and cans home any more!
I have a few old (like 90's old) CD's that I have been trying to get rid of. I came across a site that buys them online, and while most of mine were a dime a dozen, there were a few worth a few bucks. I mentioned it to hubby, who has tons and tons of CD's, and I guess he got bored today and decided to look up a few of them, and his total came to over $100!!! I guess old junk can be treasure. I have a few beanie babies I'd like to get rid of, but I don't know how to look up if they are worth anything. I'd hate to get rid of one, only to find out that it's super rare and worth like $1,000! Doubtful, but not a risk I'd like to take.
LSM:

What is the cd site name? I have a ton also just sitting in a box. My husband would love to see them gone!
I sold a bunch of cds at a yard sale recently but maybe I can go thru the rest of mine and see what I can do. I would like to know the name as well! :)
Sorry! I meant to link it, and totally didn't, it's secondspin.com
