The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow... April 14th Spending

Total spent...$0! Yay for another one!

So I've had the Annie song stuck in my head all morning. I really hope it's true and the sun does come out tomorrow, because all this gray and rain is really depressing me.

Hubby and I hit up the gym after work, and while I didn't get a chance to do any cardio, my arm workout definitely kicked my butt! (or should I say arms?). Tank top season is coming up and is it vain of my to want my arms to look good?

I whipped up dinner when we got home and got some of the dishes done. My parents are coming down tonight, so I want to have our place straightened up. So no gym tonight. :-( When I get home I have to do dishes and make dinner, maybe a quick vacuum and make sure everything looks good for the 'rents. :-) My brother has a concert tonight, and while he isn't a music major, he was still good enough to pass the tryouts, so everyone's coming to see/hear him.

It starts a little after 8, so no Lost for me tonight...so no spoilers please!

Hey I know that you really watch your food budget, and I just wanted to give you a tip. I don't know if you have an H.E.B. grocery store in your area, (we have a ton in TX) but if there is one check it out.
They have a ton of instore coupons and alot of buy this get something free deals.
Last weekend I got over $30.00 of food free before I used my coupons.
They have these weekly specials called "meal deals." You buy the main course, and they give you all the sides for free. For example, about 2 weeks ago I bought a roast, and I got a bag of salad, bag of cheese, a tin baking pan, mac and cheese, a can of beans, and bbq sauce all for free.
Some of the things I buy come with free food that P and I don't eat, so I just start a bag and when it is full I drop it off to the local food bank.

Just thought you might like to check it out!
