Tip #16 - Shop smart, shop early. Make a list of all the toiletry items you use. If you're a CVSer, it might even be beneficial to include stuff your significant other, and family and friends use. Keep an eye out for when it's on a super good sale, and stock up. That way you won't find yourself suddenly out of something and have to buy it at full price.
