Tip #15 - Buy gifts early. Be attentive to others and make a list of possible gifts for them. Then you can keep an eye out for sales and not be rushed. Or you can have plenty of time to work on a homemade gift for them. You'd be amazed at how much you can save. Plus, it means putting thought into the gifts, and it will show.

I think this is what I need to start doing because I'm usually the person who is running around at the last minute looking for that perfect gift which hurts my wallet and my time.
