I am challenging myself to purge one item from our house everyday this month. It will help us to de-clutter, and will simplify our living. I take after my mom with being a huge pack rat. I've gotten much better over the years (I think moving every year has helped), but I still have a lot. For example: I had a box of Fitness magazine from 2004-5 that I've been meaning to go through. Hubby just threw them out the other day. So I'm taking my clutter into my own hands and we will see how I'm doing after this month.

Here are my first two purges. I have an addiction to hoodies. Seriously. I could probably wear a sweatshirt everyday of the month and not repeat one. Nothing is better on a rainy day then a hoodie, or when walking the boardwalk on a cool summer night with a jean skirt or shorts. I have a problem. Luckily I can also wear them to work, so they get used. The 2 that are now in my Goodwill bag are from high school. Seeing that I graduated almost 8 years ago (wow I feel old!) they have been around for awhile.
Bye bye hoodies :-(
