Total spent...$43.61. Big spending day, even despite the snow!
Hubby teaches science and is doing a rocket experiment with them, so he needed parts to build a rocket launcher. It only cost $9.11 which really isn't that bad. Especially considering he won't need to buy it again in the years that follow. He was also out of cologne, so that put us back $24.
I spent $10.50 on 3 boxes Girl Scout cookies. Not that I need them, but they are soooo good and they only come around once a year.
We were only suppose to get an inch of snow tops yesterday. Well, when I left work yesterday at 3:30 the roads already looked like this! I live in this bubble where people panic when it begins to snow. Ok, I'll admit, I'm one of them. To the north and west of us they get tons of snow, and to the south is mountains, so they are used to the bad weather also. But we typically don't get much, so when it looks like this outside, everyone drives 5 mph and stocks up on bread and milk.
As much as I hate it, it's pretty, and it was nice to have an evening at home to relax and enjoy being snowed in.

Wow, that is a winter wonderland!
I only like snow at Christmas, then as soon as January 2 arrives, I immediately want it to be spring!
I feel the same way Biz! Hopefully Spring will be here before we know it.
