Operation Jiggly Bits: Week 2


This was not a good week for me. I came down with a cold on Tuesday night that I am still trying to fight off! Not fun!!! I never get sick, and this is the second time this year (well, this fall/winter/spring).

Since my throat was killing me, and I couldn't breath out of my nose, running was out of the question. I was however able to do a 5 mile walk and 2- 2 milers. Plus some time on the Wii Fit. I also did my squats/lunges/pushups/crunches almost every night.

With that being said:

Weight: 118 lbs
Waist : 25 in.
Hips: 33 in.

So no change. Not that I expected any. I might be better off taking pictures of my love handles for a before and after, but I'm not sure how comfortable I am posting pics like that on my blog. Oh well, we'll see.

I'm going to try and get some running in this week, especially since it's going to be G-O-R-E-G-O-U-S!!! Upper 70's to upper 80's all week, it's like summer time!!!

i'm considering ways to measure progress without the scale, i'll be interested to see what kind of indicator your waist/hip measurements are.

Hope you're feeling better soon!! It's hard when you feel like death I know! My youngest is on a sleep strike, so I can't even remember the last time I slept through the night. :(

We have the same measurements.. except i'm a few lbs heavier! LOL!! How tall are you?

Keep it up, you'll see results before you know it!
