I just have to start by giving a huge shout out to the Phils... two years in a row!!! Now let's hope NY wins so it can be an East Coast series. :-) Let's see if we can be the World *Freaking* Champs two year in a row!

Once again, I was a bum last night and didn't workout, BUT, I did get up this morning and did The Shred! I have a meeting after work, but as long as I don't get home too late I'd like to do it again.
