Waste not Wednesdays

I have Menu Mondays, and Tasty Tuesdays, it's time for me to add another.... Waste Not Wednesdays. (It's really cheesy I know)

I haven't written much on living simple (and green) and using what you have, so Wednesday will be dedicated to that.

Consider bring your own reusable cup when you get coffee or tea. I know that local convenience stores around me actually offer a discount if you bring your own. You will help to reduce the amount of waste, and might even save some change! It is estimated that in the U.S. alone we discard 16 BILLION cups each year! While searching for some facts on disposable cups I came across this site which has some really interesting facts if you'd like to check it out.
