Yes, there is a national nutrition month believe it or not!
Now, this is a pf blog, not a diet blog, but those two can overlap. This month I will tackle a few ways to still eat healthful without breaking your budget.
Tip #1 - Pack a healthful snack. This is easy for women, especially if you carry a big purse. Toss a few nuts, or grapes, or an apple and your all set. Then if your out and start to feel hungry you won't have to spend money to buy something. It's also a lot healthy then the junk you probably buy anyways :-)
