Total spent...$38.67 on groceries. Yay!
Hubby created the menu for this week along with the grocery list, I just did a little tweaking. His one meal called for sausage, and I'm not to keen on that stuff, and hubby looked at the price when we were at the store he realized that it would be smarted to switch it to turkey burger instead. I'm so proud of him :-) My store also offered to double 4 $1 coupons this week which was super nice for the vitamins. They were on sale for 25% off, plus I had a coupon for both so that was an additional $2 off each! And yes, I take Flintstone vitamins...they are chewable :-) I was also pleasantly surprised when we got there that the organic tomatoes were actually cheaper then the regular ones!
I spent most of the day yesterday trying to get everything checked off my to-do list. I was overall pretty successful, although I didn't quite finish cleaning the kitchen (is it possible to ever have a totally clean kitchen?), and I didn't finish my reading for today yet.

You must have been shopping at Albertson's! I also got those 4 double coupons, and I love them! Great deals.
Great job and I love the fact that your hubby created the list and menu plan, awesome!
@ Ruth - We actually don't have an Albertson's around here, I wish we did, I've heard they have amazing deals. I went to Giant, but maybe they are owned by the same parent company?
@ Newly weds - I know! It's fantastic, I'm proud of him. He's learning :-) Now I have to teach him to look for the deals and use coupons! lol
