Meals for the week of Jan. 26th

Looks like this is a real simple week since we'll be gone for most of the weekend. I definitely see a Mexican theme...

Monday - Taco Soup
Tuesday - Leftover Soup
Wednesday - Mexican Lasagna
Thursday - Leftover Lasagna
Friday - Out with BIL/SIL
Saturday - With my family

I made from scratch banana muffins and granola bars yesterday for a breakfast/snack filler too :-)
If we get the snow/icky weather they are calling for I maybe baking more too.
