I feel like we just started this!
It was a good challenge, and I def. feel more confident about heading into summer with my body. Although, I have to stick with it or else I'll be back to my flab again.
Weight: 117 lbs
Hips :32 in.
Waist: 25 in.
So recap:
- I lost 1 pound!
- I lost 1/2 inch off my waist!
- I lost 1 inch off my hips!
I only had minor changes, but I feel more toned. So whether it's in my head or for real, does it really matter? I feel good about myself and that's all that really matters.
Life has been super crazy around here, especially with work, but I will post soon!

doesn't matter where the change happened - any boost of confidence is a good thing :D
