Operation *Jiggly Bits*

So I'm coming in a week late, but I am joining Operation *Jiggly Bits* !

I don't have weight to lose, I need motivation to shape up for the summer. I need to tone up my flub. No more hiding under baggy hoodies and layers, it's tank top time and bikini time!

Here's the challenge:

  1. This will be a 6 week challenge. I think this is long enough to see results & make it a habit!
  2. Check in every Monday with measurements, weight, & updates on your week. The good, the bad, & the ugly. Nobody is going to judge, we’re all here to support each other and do the very best we can!!
  3. 8 glasses of water a day! You can count unsweetened tea for this also, so long as its sugar/caffeine free.
  4. 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day. Minimum.
  5. Intense calorie burning high intensity exercise 3-4x week to get those results you want to see. I’m sorry, but honestly, 2 workouts a week won’t cut it.
  6. Ab/toning exercises 3-4x week.
  7. Avoid processed, fried, sugar laden, junk, refined foods as much as possible. This will make a *huge* difference in your health. If you want to know what difference it will make, my switching over to a clean diet combined with regular exercise allowed me to lose 50lbs in less than 6 months! I honestly believe that cutting the crap from my diet was the biggest & best thing I did for my health & weight loss!
The diet won't be the problem for me as much as the workout. I need the accountability.

Starting weight: 118ib
Starting waist:25.5 in
Starting hips: 33 in
My arms and legs don't change, just need some definition back in them.

My main goal for this week is to get at least one run OUTSIDE this week. It's suppose to stop raining so hopefully I can make that happen.
I also want to do 50 crunches, 50 squats, 50 lunges and 40 pushups each night.

what a great challenge! :) I'm excited about the change in the weather because it means bike rides outside instead of in the dark yucky spin class room.

I'm in the same boat as you are, don't need to lose weight, just gotta tone & tighten up!! :) Like your goals!
