It's been awhile since I've posted the meals for the week.
Monday: Chicken Veggie Stew in the crockpot.
Tuesday: Leftover Stew
Wednesday: Chicken Bake
Thursday: Leftover Chicken Bake
Friday: Manicotti (sp?)
Saturday: Homemade pizza
We chose these meals, because most of the ingredients we already had at home and just needed some items, which helped to keep our grocery bill down. :-)
Since I don't really eat red meat, and hubby doesn't eat seafood our meals maybe seem to be consumed by chicken, but it helps me put my nutrition degree to some sort of use and get creative on what to eat :-)

Good job on a meal menu for a whole week. I tried to do that and there is always something that comes up and my plan just disappears :( I have to try harder next month!
Yeah...I eat a LOT of chicken and a lot of eggs. I throw in some cottage cheese for added protein when I'm just sick of chicken :)
Good job being creative. And I think you spelled manicotti right...I think :)

Cottage cheese is very yummy!!! I'll eat beans and legumes too.
