Total spent...$0! Yay we finally have a no spending day!!!
I am using this week to get back on track. We went grocery shopping with a meal plan, we had a NSD, and I worked out! I did the 30 Day Shred again. It's been like 2 weeks since I've done any type of exercise (other than walking) and I can feel it today. Not in the bad, "I can't move" way, but when I stretch my shoulders and inner thighs let me know they felt it. Hubby and I are planning on the gym tonight, since it's been forever since we've been there. I mean if we're paying for it we better use it, right? Plus, Biggest Loser's on tonight and that's motivation to get movin'.
Thanksgiving is just over 2 weeks away! Can you believe that!?!?! In lieu of that, I'm going to be doing 14 days of thanks. Starting on this Thursday I'm going to be doing a post everyday on what I'm thankful for. I encourage you to do the same! I wish I knew how to use Mr. Linky, because I would totally put him up for you to link in, but you can just leave a comment and others can click through.
One thing that I do in every blog post is write something I'm grateful for at the bottom. Some days it's easier than others to think of them!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the idea of doing 14 days of thanks! I think it's so easy to lose sight of what's important, especially around the holidays when everything is FOOD! PRESENTS! FOOD! Would you mind if I steal your idea for my blog (with credit to you of course)?
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of being thankful. It's so easy to forget in hindsight what we take for granted everyday. :)
ReplyDelete@Ten Bucks - I can't access your blog, but you can totally use the idea! I don't mind at all :-)
ReplyDeletelove the idea! I have been keep a greatful journal for a few years now. Everyday I try to write down 3things I am thankful for. Sometimes its tough, but it really helps me realize how much I really do have.
